Modernizing Luxury Indian Fashion
Karishma Emporium is a luxury boutique specializing in premium Indian ethnic wear, including tailored lehengas, bridal wear, and designer sarees. The business required an online storefront that could reflect their physical store's premium character while overcoming the primary limitations of traditional fashion e-commerce: **custom fit parameters**.
To address this, we customized a Shopify storefront, building custom size options that allow customers to submit their chest, waist, hips, and length requirements directly on the product catalog layout.
Additionally, the storefront features visual video banner cards, advanced filtering schemas, and a custom order tracking application that verifies purchases by phone number and order ID, reducing support overhead.

Custom Measurement Sizing Flow
Buying luxury garments online often presents sizing challenges. Since Karishma Emporium's items are hand-tailored, a standard 'M' or 'L' badge is insufficient.
To solve this problem, we implemented an interactive form option that sits inline on the product catalog pages.
Customers can either select standard sizes or check the **"Custom Fitting"** box to unlock specialized form fields (including Chest, Waist, Hips, Sleeve, and total Frock/Pants lengths). These values are sent directly as line item properties to Shopify, ensuring the tailoring team receives the exact measurements.
Track Order Module Sandbox
Self-Service Order Tracking
To eliminate repetitive customer support emails asking "Where is my order?", we built a custom Order Tracking page template directly inside the Shopify schema.
The custom panel reads from the store APIs dynamically. Customers enter their Shopify Order ID (e.g. #KE-1045) and the mobile number used during payment checkout. The system validates the authorization context and prints transit milestones (Order Confirmed, Custom Stitching In Progress, Shipped, In Transit, Out for Delivery) directly on their screen.
